Don't see anywhere where I can buy a replacement belt?
Everett,
The Deluxe Door Control Console is supplied with a special cable with a plug on the end. The plug must be plugged unto the "wall control" port on the back of the opener. If the same terninals as the push button are being used, the control will funtion similar to a push button.
Reference installation manual instructions from a model 425, 428, 628 in which the deluxe control is standard. If the plug has been cut from the cable and cannot be spliced, a service part is available. https://www.adhguardianusa.com/sites/default/files/GU-0003-Door%20Contro...
I just installed a new Deluxe Wall Console to operate my new Guardian Garage Door Opener 415. When I push either the "Lock" or "Light" button the door opens or closes. I have reversed the two wires and the same problem exists. The new opener works fine with the single open/close button. Is the console defective or is there something that I need to do other than simply attach the wires? Does the door opener have to be programed to recognize the wall control unit? Thanks!
