Andrew Liu, CEO, business growth and strategic planning
Andrew grew up in the family business. Rather than laying on the beach, his summers were spent working production or loading trucks. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin in 2009, it was Andrew's vision to grow the operator portion of the business and bring it direct to serve in the USA. To do this, he opened the Guardian USA HQ in CA in 2011.

Brian Strzalka, COO, management, sales, marketing, and strategic planning
Brian has over 25 years of garage door opener industry experience. Prior to Guardian, he spent over 20 years with The Chamberlain Group Inc. in various positions including global marketing, new product, and business development. After Chamberlain, Brian joined ET Technology of Wuxi, China as the company's CEO. Brian began working with Guardian in January of 2013.

Doug Conner, Operations Manager, operations, logistics, and warehouse management
Doug was one of the original hires in November of 2019 when Guardian moved it's headquarters to Richardson, TX. Doug is responsible for ordering product from the factories, shipping to one of the Guardian US warehouses, managing those warehouses and processing all orders to US customers. Doug is an avid Cowboy's fan and lives with his wife and kids in Allen, TX.

Jason Villega, Operations Manager, sales, technical service, and customer training
Prior to joining the door operator side of the business, Jason spent 12 years working with IPS supplying window and sliding door components. His responsibilities include traffic management, customer service, and quality control. Jason currently handles training, technical service, and has been with Guardian since January 2012. Jason also speaks Spanish!

Alan Pats, Controller, accounting, finance, and various HR tasks
Leveraging over 20 years of financial expertise in banking and manufacturing, Alan joined ADH Guardian in April 2024 to handle the accounting, finance and HR functions. He earned a BS in Business Administration with a major in Management and Accounting from the University of the East – Manila, Philippines. In his free time, Alan takes to the skies with his drone!

Randy Pittman, Territory Manager - Southwest, sales and account manager
Randy is an industry veteran and has held sales and leadership positions with Hollywood Crawford Door Co., Overhead Door Corp., Texdoor Ltd., and Clopay. At Guardian, he grows sales and manages accounts in TX, OK, AR, NM, and LA. Randy joined Guardian in February 2016 and in his free time likes to compete in chili cookoffs!

Gerardo Guzman, Engineering Director, product development
Gerardo has over 18 years of product design and manufacturing experience including 3 years at System Sensor and 15 years at The Chamberlain Group developing GDOs. Most recently he spent a year as GM for Smurfitkappa until joining Guardian in February 2017.

Manuel Escalante, Sales Director - Latin America, product development
Originally from El Salvador, Manuel brings 30+ years of international business experience. His background ranges from telecommunications at 3M to access control and automation with The Chamberlain Group. He is an excellent addition to the team. Manuel joined Guardian in August 2016 and continues to manage sales in Latin America.

Steve Millar, Territory Manager - North Central, sales and account manager
Steve brings 25 years of installation and service dealer experience to Guardian. Between working for an Ohio door company, and even owning his own, he brings a vast knowledge of residential and commercial doors, operators, and their related controls. Steve recently obtained his CDDC certification from IDA and joined Guardian in February 2017.

Sebastian was most recently a Technical Sales Manager for Guardian. He brings experience that is unparalleled with his extensive knowledge surrounding all things Guardian. Sebastian is also the son of Gerardo Guzman. Sebastian strives to bring service that never disappoints and is able to manage many different accounts at once.
