Hello can someone please help me ? My son purchased me a new garage door and it has been less than 1 year. I went to open my garage door and the light came on and it beeped 12 times so I looked at my manual and tapped the box with a screwdriver several times as it indicated to do. But it still will not open? Can someone please let me know what else I can do? I would appreciate your help. I do not want to bother my son right now due to him not feeling well at this time.
