Mike is a 20-year garage door industry veteran and has extensive experience with garage door and operator sales and operations. Most recently, Mike held the position of Director of Operations for Northwest Door Canada. Previously, he managed the Northwest Door distribution center in Denver and held Sales Manager positions with Windsor Republic Doors and Overhead Door Company of Dallas.

Shiv is a 25-year garage door industry sales veteran and has extensive experience with door, hardware and operators. Most recently, Shiv held the position of Regional Sales Representative for Napoleon/Lynx. Previously, he was National Sales Representative for Holmes and Industrial Spring, and a Sales Representative for Helton Industries and Westgate Door. Shiv was president of CODA from 2010 to 2012.

Garageio enables users to securely control and monitor their garage door through a smart phone app, without replacing their existing garage door opener. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
